justin matthews and i bought a 20 acre parcel of property in tonasket, washington. our own personal montana.

this is looking north. we have a view of a couple small mountains that are part of the national forest.

more of the view looking north. highway 20 runs through the valley down below.

the parcel shape is approximately 2 acres wide and 10 acres deep. this is from the north end of the property looking down into the valley.

this is from the north end looking south. we have trees on the north and south side of the property with a nice clear area for shooting in the middle.

rivas basin road runs through the south side of our property. as you can see, it is not a high traffic area.

trees on the south side of the property. our neighbors to the south owns 80 acres, to our west owns 160 acres, and to our north and east each own 20 acres. the area is pretty unoccupied.

plenty of spots for camping. so bring your tent and as justin says, its BYOO (bring your own outhouse).

looking north across rivas basin road which is on the maps but privately maintained.

ariel view property.

a few miles east down hwy 20 is the town of wacunda. wacunda is a town because it has its own zip code. notice the post office, mini store, and restaurant. but its growing! gas pumps are currently being installed. unleaded and diesel only though, no supreme here.
