kateen talked a bunch of us into riding the tour of lopez bike ride. so we rode the ferry out to lopez island very early.

the ride ended up being about 40 miles. a tiny bit extra for me because i missed a turn and ended up at a dead end with great view of mt baker. one of the locals informed me that beyond the dead end was paul allen's estate.
